The position, extremely strategic, allows you to have everything within a few minutes' reach: the commercial center, the nightlife of the city, and the Central Station are just a few minutes away on foot, while the beautiful Pescara coastline is just around the corner.

The parking (for a fee) is located 250 meters from the property, at the end of the street.
